INGREDIENTS
- 700g cooked baby potatoes
- Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Grana Padano
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
- Ground salt and black pepper
- 3 large potatoes cooked and cooled
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
DIRECTIONS
- On an oiled baking tray, place your cooked baby potatoes and firmly press down on each potato to flatten or “smash.” (The bottom of a glass works well.)
- Generously spray with Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Place into a preheated air fryer at 180 °C.
- Air fry for approximately 18 minutes, turning potatoes half way through.
- Once the potatoes are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with salt and Grana Padano.
- Serve warm with a dip of sun-dried tomato pesto.
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline or a peeler.
- Roll each slice and set it by sticking it through a toothpick or cocktail stick.
- Add to a bowl of salted, cold water and set aside for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from water and pat dry.
- Add a single layer of potato sticks to your air fryer and generously coat with the convenient Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray.
- Bake at 180’C for approximately 13 – 15 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove and repeat.
- To remove crispy potato curls from cocktail sticks, gently twist to loosen and pull off.
- Season generously with salt and pepper, and serve with a dip of your choice.
- Chip curls can be made in advance and can be served cold.
- Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into small squares.
- Mix into the dry ingredients until coated completely.
- Add to preheated air fryer , spray generously with Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes, giving the air fryer tray a good shake halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer once crispy, and season with more salt and paprika.
- Serve warm.
