INGREDIENTS
- 1.1⁄2 ounce Alchemist Gin
- 3⁄4 ounce Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce Willow Creek Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour all ingredients except bitters into a shaker with some ice and shake for 30 seconds
- Pour the contents through a strainer into the glass and top with a dash of bitters
