INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounce Pink Lady Gin
- Handful dried pink/red hibiscus flowers
- 1⁄2 ounce Willow Creek Basil Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Muddle the hibiscus flowers in the bottom of the shaker.
- Add in the remaining ingredients with some ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Pour the contents through a strainer into the glass and top with a sprig of basil.
