If you are a die-hard cheese lover, you'll appreciate this delicious product's versatility. It can enhance the flavour profile of just about any dish, but pairs exceptionally well with the following dishes:

Crumbed Pork Chops - Pork and parmesan are a match made in flavour heaven. Dust pork chops with seasoned flour and dip into egg and then breadcrumbs seasoned heavily with grated parmesan and other spices of your choice. Allow the crumbed chops to rest – this will ensure that the crumb doesn’t fall off during cooking. Heat a generous glug or two of our Parmesan Infused Olive Oil in a cast iron pan and fry the pork chops until golden-brown and juicy.

Pasta - Whether you are serving spaghetti bolognese, carbonara or a crowd-favourite - lasagne, any pasta dish is just so much more exquisite with parmesan. Finish your pasta dishes with a drizzle of our oil and a few fresh parmesan shavings.

Popcorn - For a cheesy, savoury movie snack, pop the corn kernels in our oil. Pour 1 tablespoon of the oil into a pot, followed by 1/3 cup of corn kernels. Place the covered pot on high heat until you hear the first pop, then lower the heat until all the kernels have popped. Season with salt and grated parmesan.
