Mediterranean EVOO
Mediterranean EVOOs are more traditional and regionally diverse, offering a full range of flavour intensities—from soft Arbequina, fruity Hojiblanca to punchy Picual.

South African EVOO
South African EVOOs tend to favour fresh, grassy, and herbaceous styles, especially in early-harvest oils. Both are excellent, but they appeal to different palates and culinary uses.
