• 1/2 cup Willow Creek’s Estate Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/3 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
• 3 tablespoons Dried Basil or our Basil EVOO
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
• 1 teaspoon ground Pepper
• 1 Garlic Clove – minced (optional)
1. In a small bowl, whisk together our Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley and pepper. Add minced garlic or our garlic-flavoured EVOO, if desired.
2. Place steaks in a large bowl or resealable zip-lock bag and pour the marinade on top. Let steaks marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or leave it to stand overnight.
