Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients 

2 cups of sugar
6 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions

-Preheat oven to 180°c
-whisk eggs and sugar in a kitchen aid on high speed for 10 min
-add water and oil and mix well
-sift flour, baking powder, and salt and add to the wet mixture.
-mix well
-pour the cake mixture in a prepared baking pan.
-Bake for 30 min or until a test pin comes out clean when you test the cake.
