De-Alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc

Low in alcohol, sugar and calories, this premium de-alcoholised wine was produced from the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. After the conventional fermentation and wine making process was completed, the alcohol was removed utilising a spinning cone at low temperatures under vacuum. The result is a crisp light bodied wine displaying integrated aromas and flavours of tropical fruit and citrus, balanced with a fresh acidity.

Enjoy  freely, without the concerns of alcohol restrictions,  either on its own or with seafood, poultry or light pasta dishes.  Serve at 12°C.
