De-Alcoholised Sparkling White

Low in alcohol, sugar and calories, this premium de-alcoholised sparkling wine was produced from the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. After the conventional fermentation and wine making process was completed, the alcohol was removed utilising a spinning cone at low temperatures under vacuum, after which the wine was sparged with CO2 to create its lively sparkle. The result is a wine of high aromatic complexity with flavours of tropical fruit and citrus, balanced with a fresh acidity.

Enjoy  freely, without the concerns of alcohol restrictions,  either as an aperitif or to celebrate any special occasion. Serve at 12°C.
