De-Alocholised Rosé

Low in alcohol, sugar and calories, this premium de-alcoholised wine was produced from the finest Sauvignon Blanc and Pinotage grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. After the conventional fermentation and wine making process was completed, the alcohol was removed utilising a spinning cone at low temperatures under vacuum. The result is a crisp light bodied wine displaying aromas and flavours of sweet red berry fruits, balanced with a fresh acidity.

Enjoy  freely, without the concerns of alcohol restrictions,  either on its own or with seafood and poultry dishes. Serve at 12°C.
