Willow Creek launches new "delicately fruity" entry level Nuy Valley 500ml and 1 liter glass

The brand new Nuy Valley extra virgin olive oil in the standard glass bottle with the lively green label is both lighter on the palate and on the pocket.  The olives used for this product are allowed to ripen on the tree in order to deliver a delicate style extra virgin olive oil which will especially appeal to the novice olive oil user. At a mere R50 per bottle for the 500ml and R80 for the 1Litre this undoubtedly constitutes a good buy.

Observant consumers will notice the golden swallow soaring around the refreshed Willow Creek logo. “An old Tuscan adage has it that when an olive tree is properly pruned, a swallow can pass through its branches in flight. Appropriate pruning allows for air and light to reach the fruit for maturation,” says Louise Rabie, Willow Creek’s Brand Manager, “but for us the swallow has also become an icon of a time of celebration.  They return to our valley just when we can revel in the fruit of our work and release the fresh olive oil of the new season.”
